We are also rolling out a range of workshops, training and staff development

Staff Support Networks The staff networks are open to all employees and can be a useful source of support and information. DAWN Our Disability and Wellness Network (DAWN) supports people with a disability, impairment, long term condition, those who are caring for someone with a disability and those who want to ensure people get the support they need both personally and practically. Contact: disabilityandwellness@sabp.nhs.uk Connect Connect is our Trust’s network for colleagues who experience emotional and psychological needs that may affect them in the workplace. BME Our BME Network aims to create a supportive working environment for everyone and works with colleagues and leaders to encourage positive attitudes and behaviours towards Black and Ethnic Minority (BME) colleagues.
