Jury Service Please let your Clinical Tutor and Placement Tutor, as well as Mitze Turner-Wells know if you have received a Jury Service Summons. Your Clinical Tutor or Placement Supervisor can write to say that any longer than 2 weeks would have a detrimental progression on your progression through the course and clinical responsibilities.

You will still get paid by SABP during jury service if you get a certificate of attendance from the Jury manager before you finish your jury service.

This Jury Service Attendance Form needs to be completed after jury service.

Please send the form to Employment Services as stated in the form but also retain a copy and email form to Mitzie Turner-Wells and we will ensure that it is also sent to Payroll Liaison (to update ESR) and HR (to go into your personal file). Further information about Jury service can be found in the SABP Paid and Unpaid Leave policy: Leave Paid and Unpaid Policy : Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (sabp.nhs.uk)
