Ongoing support before, during and after the break. Includes offering a bespoke SIM session, advising respective educational supervisors and distributing local SuppoRTT toolkit.
Currently 12 LTFT trainees and 9 SuppoRTT trainees
After the positive reception for the above workshop, a second face-to-face event is planned for early next year.

Supporting Medical Staffing around opportunities for SuppoRTT trainees (e.g. grace period before returning to duty rotas)
